Refund Policy

The short version
You get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts, and a demo every Friday while we build, so there are no surprises to refund your way out of. Here is exactly how money moves if plans change.
1. Project deposits
- Cancel before kickoff (before any work has begun): your deposit is refunded in full.
- Cancel after work has begun: we bill for the work completed to date at the quoted rate and refund the remainder of anything prepaid.
- Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
2. Monthly partnerships
- Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice.
- The current billing month is non-refundable, and your services (revisions, articles, management) continue through the end of that period.
- No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
3. Third-party costs
Money paid to third parties on your behalf, such as ad spend, domain registrations, hosting, and software subscriptions, is not refundable by us once spent, though anything unspent is returned or transferred to you.
4. If something is wrong
If a deliverable doesn't match what was agreed in your quote, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it at no cost. That's not a favor. It's the standard.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@domin8x.com with your business name and the engagement in question. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
