1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the domin8x.com website and the services provided by Domin8x Digital LLC ("Domin8x", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you engage us on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. Our services

Domin8x provides digital marketing services including website design and development, hosting management, local SEO, content publishing, Google Business Profile optimization, social media branding, CRM setup, marketing automation, and custom software. The exact scope of your engagement is defined in your written quote and any statement of work. If it isn't in writing, it isn't in scope.

3. Quotes, billing and payment

• Every engagement begins with a written quote. Prices are fixed for the scope quoted; changes to scope are re-quoted in writing before work continues.
• Project work typically requires a deposit before kickoff, with the balance due as set out in your quote.
• Monthly partnerships are billed in advance each month.
• Invoices unpaid more than 14 days after the due date may result in paused services until payment is received.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to accounts and materials reasonably needed for the work (such as domain access, business information, photos, and approvals), and to ensure any content you supply does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you ask us to publish.

5. Revisions and ongoing support

Active monthly partnerships include free design revisions each month. Revisions cover reasonable updates to existing pages, content, and creative. They do not cover full redesigns, new page builds beyond scope, or new systems, which are quoted separately. Revision requests are typically live within a few business days.

6. Intellectual property

Once your invoices are paid in full, you own the deliverables we create for you: your website design, content, and brand assets. We retain ownership of our internal tools, processes, and any pre-existing materials, and we grant you a license to use them as part of your deliverables. We may reference and display work we've produced for you in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Third-party platforms

Some services depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, Google, Meta, and CRM or email tools. We manage these on your behalf but do not control them. Their availability, pricing, and policies may change, and their fees (such as ad spend, domains, and software subscriptions) are separate from our fees unless your quote says otherwise.

8. No guarantee of specific results

We build toward ambitious outcomes, and our name reflects that ambition. However, marketing results depend on many factors outside any agency's control, including your market, pricing, competition, and platform changes. We do not guarantee specific revenue figures, rankings, lead volumes, or growth rates. Anything we publish about targets, including the phrase "do a minimum of eight figures", is a statement of ambition and standard of effort, not a promised result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domin8x's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

10. Term and termination

Monthly partnerships continue month to month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. Project engagements end on delivery. We may terminate an engagement for non-payment or material breach. Sections 6, 8, and 9 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Domin8x Digital LLC is registered (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
